  • I cant say much .because the two guitars have different fingerboard.... rosewood has a warmer sound than maple ... So I can't say unless the BKP pickup were mounted on the same guitar with the same wood spec ...

  • I can't decide weather to get these or the fender custom shop '69's.

  • Great Demo. Standard pickups sound quite two dimensional, a bit brash and lacking in dept. BKP Mother's Milk, sound so much better - fuller, with more depth, an all together more three dimensional sound.

  • Great playing, and a very helpful demo for the set! It would love to know the clean song you are covering as well!

  • @HasteCakes If you're talking about the first song played with each set of pickups, it's "Lenny" by Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Nice clean on those, much fuller than most pickups I've heard.

  • Hey can you do a demo with the Bare Knuckles The Sinner Bridge coil? Thanks!

  • bass is punchier, highs are there but not shrill, and tone is woodier on the mothers milk, awesome pickups

  • @CraigEnser .. I love BKP, I owned it, but well... It will sound different if the BKP were mounted on the same black strat... and I think its wiser if we could hear how the pickup sound from one guitar with same spec ( same maple neck on black strat not the blue strat with rosewood f.board)
