  • 200g carbs a day for the titanic levrone? at my puny 145pounds i thought 140carbs was low carb

  • A question. Should you have both proteins and carbs for PWO or only protein? I have read for a few years that you should have at least twice as much carbs with your protein after your work out but a guy on a steroid forum said that it´s better to only have protein and maybe some fats and no carbs after a work out. I have never taken steroids obviously. I just read on the diet section there.

  • hey Kevin! i have a question,2 weeks ago i watched that video and u talked about taking the week off if any joint is painful and i did take 1& half week off ..then yesterday it was my chest and shoulders day .. and today ,my left shoulder seem to have the same problem as 2 weeks ago .. it doesn't seem goes away and i think its because of the db shoulders press .. should i keep going with my training and just skipping the db shoulders press on my shoulder day and training other body body part??

  • the joints problem is true i am a bobsleight pusher 210 pounds 1:70 cm and i push hard hard weight always and i'm always broken down : ( pushing chest 170 kg for 2 reps ii took a break the pain is gone and now i just warm up 30 minutes befor any training ... respect one

  • great guy

  • great video Kevin. Keep it up!!!!!

  • ĤAHA Levrone sure know about performance enchanching drugs.

DHEA LVL 200, Just like this lol... He know ALOT more about this... then he cant say

  • You think i'm so dumb... Go get test the pH of your tap water... Then spring water... Before you start running your mouth.... I've done it. You do it.

  • Hi I have a question... Is dumbell fly same as peck deck ? Thx for answer ..... go on Kevin :)

  • 2 different thing, just like Hack squats are not regular free weight squats.

  • you are the man kevin!!!!!!!!!!

  • Kevin, what your doing is very commendable, good job.

  • Kevin im now looking forward to all your post! You have a massive croud of fans here in Goldcoast, Australia, got a sweet spot where u could do some videos if u manage to make ur way down under!Ur a legend!

  • kevin is numero uno baby......out!! :)

  • yeah i got joint pains too

  • great video Kev, it would be cool if you would workout with your friends as well like Flex Wheeler, or Shawn Ray, and meny more, or tell us some storyes about some contests! it would be awesome, wonder if Flex can bench press 405 nowdays hmmmm , he is natural too

  • "trastegic" hahahahahahaha!!!! another good video, lookin forward to tommoro's

  • Kev, Have to disagree with you, respectfully of course... All the water we are drinking be it spring, tap, bottled, all has an acidic PH... Spring water has a very acidic Ph... About the only luck your gonna have is Ionized water... Any suggestions, Comments?

  • omg it water kid ....

  • hahahahahahah you are so dumb, its clear you dont know anything about acidity and PH. water pH NO MATTER what water is always anywhere from 6.9-7.1.

  • how about water with bubbles, it has CO² solved in it, CO² is an acid

  • GOOD SHIT

  • You the man Kev keep it up! i think i might try participate in next weeks show if i get a chance lol

  • kevin, what happened to nutritional mondays?? haha

  • thx for your insight...

  • :) Did I really say "trastegic breaks" at 3:28? Dude. George Bush ain't got nothing on me.

  • Haha...you are gold mate! :)

  • kev, about the shoulder joint pain, my right shoulders been given me jip for about 6 months now, shoulder pressing and incline bench are painfull especially in the low third of the movments. had the odd wk off here and there, u think it could be rotator cuff?? really wana avoid having an op and losing well earnt mass!! any suggestions would be much appreciated. .dom

  • dom. It`s rotator cuff (same as me). Press only to parallel on bench. "Shoulder pressing"- forget, performing it caue`s impingment. Do "L-flyes" to strengthen rotator`s.

  • Not necessarily. An mri has to determine that and if it is a tear, shouldn't do anything until its repaired/ rehabilitated. Same problem, no rotator cuff.

  • yeah, you did say it... thanks for the advice especially when you said you yourself had joint inflamation and problems... because i get in my elbows and ive always been pissed off to the reasons why me.... know at least i know big old kev experienced it too... but i defiantly am not lifting your weight...

  • it is the word of the day.. congrats

  • That's actually wrong. Tap water is federally mandated to be alkaline. However chemicals are used in tap water to achieve this which kills any benefit.

  • thanks for posting these videos bro we all appreciate it... But what are you gonna do when you knock out 405?

  • Levrone u a cool dude man

  • Kev is the best man.

  • Another amazing video Keven.

  • Levrone is a beast

  • Naw Hes a MONSTA!
