the two i had direct confirmation of the filings from was Subseven (the first ever one that got filed on irish...that was him cant remember which video it was but i know it was the first one that got pulled) he filed again on irish and helptruth as well. I would still assume that kitty filed on your video also regardless of the method she chose. there was some talk of who would file on which video so there wouldn't be multiply filings, and yours was on her list it would seem.

it had to be a group effort, because most people don't understand the 3 strike rule...its not three separate videos getting pulled..its three separate times YT has to go into someones account to get something pulled..IE if someone has 4 videos pulled all from one claim at one time that wont do it... but if three sepr. accounts file three separate claims on an account..bingo the account is killed..thats why the filings were spread out.

If your hypothetical person registered with youtube as "James Watkins," and that was his legal name, then he could just sign it as in your example, since it is truthful. If he said he lived at an address at which he could never be contacted, though, that would be perjury.

the dmca text is the same as the word document copy kitty sent out to all of us..the same one she told us she was going to file from her fax. she wasn't sure if she was following subsevens directions or not though about how to erase the header, she told me that..maybe she decided to email it in instead, and didn't tell us..wouldn't suprise me...we never told each other much of anything true..again its how you behave in a crimnal gang.

Subseven posted the skulls videos for a few reasons...

1. Yahweh loves to rip peoples videos to upset them (as you know). they hate the skull...it goes back quite a ways, more ED bullshit is the motivation ..like with everything yah does. the skull was one of the fastest on filing DMCAS on them too..the only reason it hasn't been pulled by him yet is that he didn't know Subs new account. but I have contacted him over on LV..so he does now:) the videos will be gone shortly.

2. watch the videos. the motivation for posting the videos is yet again a fear tactic..the video is about how redskulls computer was fried by them after going to talk to them on their chat forum to try to get some of his personal information removed that had been posted on ED. once again the great and "heroic" yahweh showing themselves to be nothing more than the malicious scumbag criminal thugs they are.
