At all the IGN reviews i see fanboys spamming that IGN give high score only to COD. Well I just watched 5 reviews of them and thats the one that got the lowest score. You enjoy the game, ok, but IGN give you real information, you may not have problem with the issues the reviewer said, but they are problems and some like me prefer to know about them before buying a game. In your opinion every game is fun, super cool, but we give money for them so we want to know all the good/bad sides!

The best thing about Diablo 2 was the complex skill tree systems. Why do the recent "Siege" games all suffer from scaled back customization? That's SO crucial to making a Dungeon Crawler replayable.

All I was expecting was some classic Gauntlet style gameplay, and that's pretty much what I got. Not getting to keep your XP and stuff during online matches sucks, though. Good thing the people I'll mostly being playing this with won't mind so much.
I have to say this game is pretty awesome but I can't really say otherwise only because i only play it when my friend is over and we offline co-op it.....ive never actually played it alone so....maybe ign is right on this one...i never even tried online xD.
i very much enjoyed this game. the story was fine and i feel that not every game needs a branching dialogue tree to make me feel like what I said mattered. This game was fun for me since I enjoy games where you take on rediculous odds and travel to unique areas to fight more crazy enemies. Agreed that at the middle there was some fall off and i felt a bit bored but it picks up fairly quickly when you are hitting things with your biggest stick. :P
I give it a 4.5/10. Character creation is extremely limited, and there is nothing you can do to make him stand out. It's just... Bland. Dungeon Siege II is one of the best games I ever played. This game is just horribad.

Does anybody have this glitch happen to them: when in the mines talking to the queen for the first time it press R1 (ps3) to talk and instead the screen goes black for a second and nothing happens, I've had it happen before as my 2nd playthrough as the fire girl and I just saved and re-loaded it and it was fine, but now for my 3rd time as the sword guy the glitch doesn't go away at all, I can't continue the game cause it

If a game has too many things that gets in the way of you enjoying it, you don't say "But hey! the spells had really pretty lights!"... Some people pay less attention to flaws, but IGN doesn't. I think it makes them more objective, and that's what you should expect from a review. Not every game is good, but you may as well enjoy a bad game. That doesn't make you a bad gamer, nor makes them bad reviewers.

All I was expecting was some classic Gauntlet style gameplay, and that's pretty much what I got. Not getting to keep your XP and stuff during online matches sucks, though. Good thing the people I'll mostly being playing this with won't mind so much.

I have to say this game is pretty awesome but I can't really say otherwise only because i only play it when my friend is over and we offline co-op it.....ive never actually played it alone so....maybe ign is right on this one...i never even tried online xD.

i very much enjoyed this game. the story was fine and i feel that not every game needs a branching dialogue tree to make me feel like what I said mattered. This game was fun for me since I enjoy games where you take on rediculous odds and travel to unique areas to fight more crazy enemies. Agreed that at the middle there was some fall off and i felt a bit bored but it picks up fairly quickly when you are hitting things with your biggest stick. :P

I give it a 4.5/10. Character creation is extremely limited, and there is nothing you can do to make him stand out. It's just... Bland. Dungeon Siege II is one of the best games I ever played. This game is just horribad.

i didnt play the 1st or 2nd ones but i quite liked this i agree that it does get broing levelling up and all the items and stuff but apart from the start i quite liked the storyline the only thing that pissed me off is there isnt like a free roam to do side quests and things when you beat the game

I really wish dungeon siege 3 was more like 2. The main thing that brought me down is that you cant make your own character and have to pick between four premade characters. Also you cant choose what skill tree you want to go with like the last game.

dungeon siege 2 was the best over 10 played to the end with various guys
and every time i play with my friends in the online option it feels 10000 times more fun what i wanted from ds3 was a similar game bigger and more stuff more key things to the game to me this felt like a shitty version of dragon age cuz of the talking in ds2 the talking was more faster and fun

Does anybody have this glitch happen to them: when in the mines talking to the queen for the first time it press R1 (ps3) to talk and instead the screen goes black for a second and nothing happens, I've had it happen before as my 2nd playthrough as the fire girl and I just saved and re-loaded it and it was fine, but now for my 3rd time as the sword guy the glitch doesn't go away at all, I can't continue the game cause it

@AURORAZ99 To objectively review anything, you have to see the good and the bad. If a game has too many things that gets in the way of you enjoying it, you don't say "But hey! the spells had really pretty lights!"... Some people pay less attention to flaws, but IGN doesn't. I think it makes them more objective, and that's what you should expect from a review. Not every game is good, but you may as well enjoy a bad game. That doesn't make you a bad gamer, nor makes them bad reviewers.
