@ZanaTopMan Find any Dr. Light Capsule and the Capsule will equip X with the Neutral Armor. The easiest capsules are found in the Pitch Black and Noah's Park stages.

@ZanaTopMan To get the general armor itself,go to Noah's Park and enter the storage room with the big box infront of it.

That isnt neutral armor thats a mix of icarus/hermes(i think that is what its called)

@Wolflord99 It is the Neutral Armor. This armor allows X to mix and match the parts of the Icarus (I) and Hermes (H) armors. Only by equipping all four I parts allows the Neutral Armor to be renamed as the Icarus Armor. Only by equipping all four H parts allows the Neutral Armor to be renamed as the Hermes Armor. Hope that clarifies things.
