Nice job! Love the fact that you're using just 2 ingredients and no electricity. So nice to be able to have homemade food with the preservatives and who knows what in it.
I have a love for pasta and pastamaking - its become a science to me. When I make it though I don't use regular flour - i use either what we call durum-flour or an italian flour called tipo 00. What are your thoughts on this ?
I have some questions. What's your opinion on using oil. I've seen recipes that call for it and some that don't. I noticed you didn't use it.
Also, Does letting it rest at room temp differ from letting it rest in a fridge? Again I see some techniques that say refridgerate and some that don't!
I like making handmade pastas and nothing beats a well-made pasta. I've added lemon zest and dill to my dough too which makes a beautiful refreshing pasta. Or pepper and parmesan. There's no limit.
Thanks so much. I've been making home made pasta and I was wondering if I was the only one getting sticky flower hands, but it looks like that is just part of the process!
Was that magazine in the bathroom with you? Just kidding! Great job on the video!
