@qwuezalothus Even Glen A. Larson did not care for "Knight Rider 2000"- he thought it completely missed the point and was an insult to his TV series. I agree with him on that completely and think the TV show was better off just ending the way it did rather than have all these unnecessary sequel series follow it. I pretend the 1991 TV movie, Team Knight Rider, and the 2008-2009 Knight Rider do not exist at all. The 84 episodes for the original TV show are all I care for because they are classic.
@qwuezalothus I always did wonder what the original series would be like if it had been done in modern style instead of looking like some crappy 1980's thing- but it definitely is better than that stupid show Justin Bruening did which only lasted one season. I thought that was so horrible that I could not even watch it anymore after just the second episode. I thought it was a major insult to have it be the same universe as the original show- but I do pretend it does not exist for that reason.
@JLC31383 hey show some respect, the 80s was the golden age of - tv action serials, sci fi/action movies, pop music and cartoons. Not like the crap thats on tv today.
@indrajeet I was actually complimenting the original TV series- it is the only version that is worth watching. That is why I have seen all the episodes. I know they did not have the technology back in those days to make things look as good as they do now- but there were still other TV shows on back then that still came out better looking like "MacGyver". Only Season 1 of that show looked like a crappy 1980's thing while the rest of the seasons were just as good as a TV show in the early 1990's.
@indrajeet Because people I know say they have watched some episodes of this and always tell me it looks like crap. I feel like it does look hokey compared to TV shows today- but it still is a better show to watch than most of the stuff that comes on. However, I do think other TV shows from back then like "Magnum P.I.", "A-Team", "Hardcastle & McCormick", "Incredible Hulk", "Highway To Heaven", "The Equalizer", and "Greatest American Hero" are also crappy but still better than today's TV shows.
@JLC31383 I dont understand, you praise 80s shows and then you call them crappy, most of the shows on tv todays are politically correct garbage, A Team, magnum PI and Incredible Hulk are amongts the most popular tv shows of the 80s no wonder they hade movies out of them.
@indrajeet I think they are much better to watch because they are classics that are still remembered, but I mean they are crappy looking because they really do look outdated now. TV shows that come on now are just completely crap and will be forgotten. That is the point I am trying to make. As for the movies- I did not really like the one done for "A-Team", the one for "Magnum P.I." is still in pre-production, and the one for "Incredible Hulk" was based off of the comic books- not the TV show.
diffetrent? =) Loved Knight Rider!

When you are watching Wilton Knight die while Devon Miles is watching- doesn't that make you think he is going to follow in "Knight Rider 2000"?

@JLC31383
That movie is a big piece rotten shit with ooze on it! Shame on the TV-show! Erase it from collective memory!

@JLC31383
Exactly! The 84 episodes are today worthy of the name "Knight Rider". Nothing more.

In hungarian version, Wilton sais: "Only one human can also create miracles."
This is one te most hearttouching moments of Knight Rider.

Wilton Knight is right, one man can make a difference. A sad scene here where Wilton Knight dies, but his great legacy lives on.
