Sorry to ask, but i heard that if the meat is too cooked and turns black that could cause cancer. Is that true? In the USA it looks like everyone likes their meat coked in the flames, but in Europe (Portugal) we like it to be cooked in the eat.
I'd like to know where you get the "basting oil", however, it looks like one can make their own with the right herbs and olive oil. The first steak which was cut in the demo looked overdone on the top and underdone on the bottom half. Myabe it was the camera angle.
not trying to be an idiot....that comes naturally, but with the webber genisis BBQ your burners are arranged horizontally, not front to back. So your cool part of the grill should be *idealy* the front if your turn your front burner down. I assume you did this simply because most grills have burners arranged front to back vs width wise.
