Ok,..the drummer is really good. Now,lets talk about the man who put it all together.Mitch Ryder. He still can lay it down good! There's only one Mitch!! WooHoo!!!
December 1965, driving from Idaho to Texas listening to Wolfman Jack. I heard Jenny Takes A Ride so many times, I memorized it. One month later, I was lead singer for a rock band and did that very song for people all over south Texas. Mitch & The wheels Rock, Forever!
I,m from the "U.P" of Michigan. the folks up there didn,t know what to think of this music. I,ve been in Florida since 62. Played some of this and "Grand Funk" for some cousins when on a vacation after coming back from "Nam" in 1971. an older uncle {from near Grand Rapids} was sitting nearby, he said they can,t be from here, nobody from this state would make that kind of junk,---boy was he lost in the 30,s!
@Parcival01 He's my FB friend And I find that a fairly accurate statement. And that is the Original Drummer on this. Johnny Bee Badanjek. That's him with the confetti. That's why I used this one.
In my top ten rock n roll songs ever.

Correct, he was and probably still is the best drummer in rock n roll. He is a driving force.

Let's put it this way-
JB was one of John Bonham's favorite drummers-
listen to 'long neck goose' by mitch..and after you recover..
get back to me..throw in the brilliant 'welcome to my nightmare'...or 'Takin' it Back'..
he's a true music Icon-,,,btw.. Mr. Mitch....please if you could..
PUT THE CSERNITS BAND BACK TOGETHER FOR FUCK'S SAKE
WHAT ARE YOU FUCKING THINKING?...thanks

Some have said that the original drummer with this band was the best drummer in rock history.
