@waveysoap Actually, all office space in New York is used, even in buildings that are very old. The average age of office space in the city is 70 years old. New York has a huge demand for office space right now, there is a need of millions of square feet of space. Thankfully about 10 million square feet will be added with the new World Trade Center.

Great video-- i visited New York from England in March 1993. I have seen the view from Empire state but not this one. There are a lot of new buildings that simply werent there back then!! NYC, greatest city on earth!!
