good cover dude,just a heads up if those are gibraltar stands for your crashes i suggest getting new stands cause i had those stands and i broke every crash soo i replaced the stands and i've had the same crash for 3 years.But if you like them more power to you :)

Triggers and reverb work wonders, don't they? you should actually go into recording drummers. your sound sounds a lot like Joey Sturgis, and he recorded Oceano, TDWP, and lots of other bands doing the same exact thing you do, props on getting an amazing sound.

@3RubberbulletKisses Triggers don't make you a better drummer. They just replace the sound of your acoustic drum. He is obviously playing this. Try setting up triggers. It isn't easy

@3RubberbulletKisses actually triggers make it really difficult. one mistake and it's guaranteed to be heard, no matter what. i mean, sure they sound hella better than a mic'ed kit, but this guys timing is really off and the only way i noticed was the levels and samples from the triggers.

dude... forreal? I just bought a whole trigger set, the same as you have. I have to muffle the ass out of my drums just to kill the crosstalk and retriggering, even then they don't register every hit. Maybe it's my gear. I'm using an alesis trigger i/o and superior drummer. I can't afford slate just yet... but damn it sounds good.

Nice job man, it must be so much easier to make your drums sound good when you trigger them. Steven Slate's samples are great though, i've been thinking of picking some triggers up with the Steven Slate samples and blending them with my real mics.
