And since all opinions are subject to change, it means facts are as well. So it's not "facts are usually considered the norm" but instead "the norm is usually considered to be a fact," or something along those lines.

I've seen one video where the background music was so loud that you couldn't hear what you were actually supposed to be listening to. A man was talking, but his voice was inaudible because of the music playing over the video.
