That sword is called Ghostblade, and it can be found at the end of an Ancient nord temple, there are other ghost weapons, but that one is different and far superior if you get some ectoplasma an upgrade it.

@sarnese70 Nope, it's a sword which you can get from the undead ( i don't remember which undead though, but they have it in one of the quests from the college of winterhold ). When you kill them they just drop it, and you can pick them up...they have bows of the same material, whatever it is . Hope this helps :)

@crazyharry156 I think it's something from the college quests, there is a bow/axe/sword that are like that, one does magicka damage, the other does health damage and another does stamina damage. Axe does stamina, bow magicka I think, and sword health. They're all called something like drainheart, I think that's the sword, but the others are named similarly.
