igeek, I loved this song in College 30 years ago. I love it even more now! My college buddies and I, including a teacher (who was a NUN!!!) got tossed out of a pub for singing this song too loud!

Hilarious! Never seen anything like this. I've been a Tom Lehrer fan since 1959 and your images capture him perfectly. Loved the last cantina image.

What editing software did you use?

I used Apple's Motion (2.0 at the time, I believe). I actually like it better than After Effects for this type of work (though I haven't done quit this type of animation in After Effects yet).

Motion lets you group layers into more layers, just like every other sensible piece of software. After Effects has comps, but it's not the same, You can't twirl open a disclosure triangle on a comp in After Effects and modify its children.
