My God.

There must be 1000's of videos of people using this insanely overused song to whatever tribute they wish to make. Only 009 Sound System makes people hate the music more, and Drowning Pool's "Let the bodies hit the floor" (often used on every single goddamn tribute).

The game had a brilliant soundtrack, and full of clever humor and satire. Could you have picked a more unsuiting song?

Also, Mad World was originally made by Tears For Fears, not that Gary Jules clown.

And here's the thing: I completely agree with you. This song is probably one of the most overused songs for trailer mash-ups and the like, right after Requiem for A Tower.

Today I would never have used this song. But I made this video in 2008. At that time I was a lot worse at editing than I am now, so used it as an easy song to try out some editing.

Got remebmering of the past, and firends that never made it back.To get such a reaction is actually quite hard, good effort. @METALGEARSOL1D Fallout 3 is great. That ending wasn't the only one you could do. You could just take the virus preoffered to you, leave and basically destroy the wasteland. You don't have to play the 'Jesus-like' playthrough you know.

Of course this game is different from the originals. All these new gamers wouldn't like it. They relate better to a 1st person shoot-em-up.

@naedanger123 Because the world works in shades of white and black. In a true wasteland, the world would work somewhat similar to New Vegas, shades of grey. You can be a hero and work with the "villains" (who are deemed such because they are misunderstood), or you can be a villain and work with the "heroes" who are just imperialist dogs that strip resources to ship back to the mainland.

@McLarenMercedes Mad world is an amazing song, that truly captures the felling of fallout. Everything has gone to hell, people kill whoever for food and water, and entire cities have been wiped out. It just fits, even if it is overused, its best used for fallout.
