I used to train people for contortion acts in 1974. The fastest way to get in shape for these kinds of bends is to jump off your house and land on the fence with your back facing down. Works every time, good luck.

Yes anyone can be a contorionist =D but you have to do it with a trainer. Doing it by your self is dangerous. It will also take a lot of time.but it is fun.
