I somewhat agree with you. I wouldn't say that this version sucks but I believe that snes is better. Snes and GBA has the awesome rock music for the final boss battle. Snes had the incredibly hard Giant Bowser boss. the thing never stopped running towards you! it fired a few fireballs but it just kept coming. You'd usually die from it overrunning you. plus this Giant Bowser was so cartoony. the original was almost scary.

I think this game has a cool concept, and with the last boss I feel the same; but man it wasn't hardly as epic as the original with how he would charge right up to just destroy you. That was intense.. the first time I saw it, I had no idea what to expect and I shut the game off it creeped me out so badly at first.

I think the fight with the regular size and jumbo size bowser are sort of like two boss fights in the Super NES version.

The fight with the regular size bowser is like a fight with Hook bill the Koopa.

The Giant Bowser fight is obviously sort of like the fight with Giga baby Bowser.

no. Baby Bowser IS Bowser, its just in this game there's something like a time paradox featuring Bowser in his adult and baby forms. Bowser Jr. is the one from Sunshine and New SMB. it is a common thing that people confuse between them.

No. The present Bowser went to the past to collect the powers of the Star Children. He sent Kamek (not the one from the past, the one from the present) to kidnap many babies to see if they were Star Children, but in the end, it was revealed that Mario, Luigi, Peach, Wario, Bowser (how didn't he realize that he was one of them, all along? Genius...), Donkey Kong, and a newly hatched green Yoshi (this Yoshi is supposedly the one that is Mario's friend in the present day) are the 7 Star Children.

there is no right or wrong path-the paths correspond to the diff. babies( ice path bowser, magnetized platforms-wario, M block-mario, windy path-peach, and vine path, DK.) it pretty much depends on which baby ur best with...hope that helps

Yeah. The thing with the 4 yoshis was cool, gave it an epic feel, y'know? If bowser had been bigger than his baby incarnation's giant form (from yoshi's island for the gba) , and could breath flames that where actually bigger than yoshi, it might've been better, but they screwed the battle up. Also, bowser looked like a fag in his giant form because of those horrible attempts to make him look more "realistic" or whatever they where trying to do.

They all around screwed up YI DS.Most of the graphics were reused from YI and most of the other graphics didnt fit the style.They also screwed up with Baby Wario and Baby Bowser aswell with the storyline.Sure, the storyline starts epic but it is incomplete.

I was expecting something like Bowser getting "ultimate power" as soon as all the babys are assembled at the castle and then him ditching baby bowser and having to fight something epic.Dont get me started in the music.

first off little bowser should only take about 20 sec to beat ..

as soon as the level starts shoot an egg at the ground below him so it bounces up and hits him ..

then wait until he shoots his next first fireball and jump on the first platform ..

then when he shoots the third be on the top platform .. then jump down the ground before the fireball is gone and quickly shoot him again ..

repeat .. and done in 20 sec ..

dude, Giga Bowser is not even a Mario character. he only appeared in the SSB series. and besides, Giga Bowser looks WAAAAAAAAY different from Bowser. he is a lot larger, his skin is darker, he has giant bull-like horns, a fierce look on his face and he has more spikes on his shell.
