This radio episode is more than likely from Monday, June 12, 1950 (for an exact date). On the internet there is a script from "The Guiding Light" radio episode #786 -- although on the introduction link it list's the episode as being #768 (although I think who ever posted the link inverted the 6 & 8, because on the script itself it is listed as episode #786) with the date of Monday, June 5, 1950 which would be exactly a week before this episode would have first been heard on the radio.
It's highly doubtful that we will be able to find the very first radio broadcast (originallly from NBC radio -- I think their Red Network that would eventually become ABC) from January 25, 1937 -- unless someone recorded them or P&G have them in some archives that many of us are unaware of. The earliest broadcast recording I've heard of the show is from June 10, 1941 (both on youtube & WoST).
