@RTzombie the first time was the best feeling ever. My first time was obviously tandem btw. We were seated in a Cessna 206B and we rose to an altitude of 10000ft. We sat at the edge of the aircraft preparing for the dive, my tandem instructor checked one more time to make sure all my safety brackets were in place. He nudged us out and we fell. Have you been on a ride that free falls? It's the same feeling except you fall until you reach terminal velocity. Best feeling ever, you have to TRY IT!!!

@RTzombie When the main chute is deployed at around 3000/4000ft you get a sudden upwards force feeling and you gently float towards the ground. I spiral towards the ground with my chute deployed! It's really fun. You free fall for about 25 - 35 seconds at 10000ft depending on the weather conditions. When diving you need to know good form because if your form becomes bad then you might have a bad experience. I haven't skydived in a while because I'm taking flying lessons for a cessna 152.
