Ciabatta bread sprinkled with olive oil and rosemary makes phenomenal bread cubes. I made it last week in a similar dressing. I never like ciabatta bread because it is so hard, but when it mixes with the other ingredients it turns out beautifully. Thanks for the videos! Skott
