I used to love this album, I was a dobbins Mass Choir member and since sweet rain went out of business it hard to find these great classics we grew up on.

I sung in this recording..I was 18yrs old...song written by Houston's own...MYRA ALLEN-CORMIER...she is a Banks now...she is the sister of legendary Carol Allen Simmons

I too sang with the GMWA Youth Choir in Chi-Town and remember singing this song @ rehersal and the recording. I also remember thinking the lead singer "Kim Burrell" was awesome! Thanks for the memories.

Ahhhh....the memories! I sang with the GMWA Youth Choir in Chicago that  year @ 10 years old and can remember being in rehearsal for this album and then doing the live recording like it was yesterday! Thank you for posting this!
