Here are the chords (rel. to capo): F7add6-g7add6-C (2x), then Dm7-Dm7/G - Cmaj7/G (2x), then for "the names have..." play Em7-A7-Dm, then Fm6-Am, and for "who'd have thought.." play D9/F#, then the next chord is probably a D6 or D9 variation. After that, it's Dm7-Dm7/G - G and C. After that the chords more or less repeat themselves.
