the small one lost cuz he was trying to swimm away so he lost. and u should put them together at the same time cuz it may be tat the other one dont wanna fight and the other wanna fight.

I have a huge plakat also, not too many other males would fight him. I think that they don't think that he's also a betta. He's as big as most gouramis.

haha giants are selectively bred for their size. eventually they'll reach at least 3".

@surinkt How did the giants come about? Was the size gene always present in Betta Splendens? Was it taken from a Splendens variant from a certain region? Or were they the product of some hybridization that occurred several years ago?
