Those tortillas are like the homemade ones you get in Mexico or my mexican women friends make. Or the little mom and pop restaurants on the border. Thick and substantial and crispy. Store bought ones are too thin and not so great. I make my own as I was taught by my friends. Maybe not quite as thick as yours, but yeah if they are not thick they don't work to eat your meal.
