  • Scott, this is a great exercise. But, could you put a few more videos about how to train at home with no weights? Something that make you feel that burn on your body. Like a full body exercise.

    Cheers !

  • this exercise is awesome! I do it almost everyday :)

  • I think it would be awesome to do a workout with scott

  • What parts of the body does this work for ?

  • tolose weight they're good but nothing to do with bulking

  • why no push up? i always bust out a quick push up on the floor then spring out of it.

  • you studly sexy man ^^ thanks for the new tips

  • I put a squat in the burpee, that a bad thing to do? also throw in a push up :)

  • Scott, you're amazingly buff! How long did it take you to get the body you have now?

  • burpee, leg raise, and jump n jack.

  • how do you like P6 extreme by cellucore?

  • Scott is the ultimate creep

  • the video title is very misleading lmfao

  • Twinmuscleworlout kills this channel. You can watch whatever the fuck you want to watch

  • I love every exercise in the book EXCEPT BURPESS. Fucking hate it.

  • I'm a Soldier and in the Wtu, your exercises have had a significant roll in my wieght loss, due to the limited motions that I have, I can only due so much. I was wondering if you can make a routine for those injured in combat. Thank you for your time have a great day.

  • @palerider1979 You know what. That is EXACTLY what I am going to do. Please e-mail me. I will PM you now :)

  • Love the intro music and the monkey

  • I burp when I jack...but it doesn't look anything like this lol

  • @Dirtybird284 Eeewwwwww.

  • What's your view on Skull Crushers done in a park? (no dumbells needed).

There can be quite a few variations and I'l like to see expert opinions on what works best.

I'm talking about doing them on a low height pull up bar and such.

    Cheers

  • @CalgaryAlpineStyle They may become too easy after a while, but they are a great exercise!

  • @ScottHermanFitness

Could become easy (after awhile...); however when I tried this a few days back, after watching a youtube clip,

and did it myself, my triceps were sore for 3 days! I was asking myself whether I am using a correct form, since you can keep your hands and legs apart at various lengths.

I don't know if you've tried this yourself, but it you like it a video here would come in handy for everyone; I mean, it's been a very long time since I've gotten muscle soreness like that.

  • I always do my Burpees with a push-up when in the push-up position. Adds even more to the whole body exercise!

  • Hey Scott. Thanks for the awesome videos! I have a questions. I've been doing high intensity jump training and I've incorporated burpees to my workout, but recently my left BIG TOE has gone numb! Now I'm afraid when I do burpess or jumping exercises because I can feel a numbing sensation all over my big toe. My left big toe is also starting to tingly as well. Anyways, all of this is because I want to ask you, what shoes do you recommend for stability and performance when it comes to jumping?

  • @20jaime10 I meant to say that my right big toes is starting to tingle as well.

  • @20jaime10 maybe you are landing too hard and damaged a nerve? Have you seen a doctor?

  • @ScottHermanFitness Thanks for taking the time to read my comment. I have an appointment this Wednesday and I'm staying off the high impact training for a while. Hopefully it's just my shoes (I'm flat footed) and nothing too serious.

  • @20jaime10 I've been a health care professional for over 10yrs + i would highly recommend you seek the opinion of a podiatrist if your above problem has continued or worsened.

  • @JayHektik Thanks for the recommendation, I have an appointment tomorrow. But since I've stopped my workout routine about 4 days ago, I'm starting to feel my toe, just a bit though.

  • @20jaime10 you may have pinched your s2 nerve or your shoes are to tight.

wear workout shoes that are stable, shoes made for tennis are great!

  • @fitrainer1 Thanks for the recommendation. I'll be looking in on the tennis shoes. I used the Nike Free Run 2+ shoes, and I have to admit they're quite tight on me, mainly because a bigger size leaves a ton of space in the back of my heel or in the front of my toes.

  • Open a new window and like my comment. See what happens

  • @SBMike01 Nah.

  • Man!, and I thought regular burpees sucked

  • @sclaysdharma lol... these amp it up a notch for sue!

  • @ScottHermanFitness sure* lol no im not a grammer Nazi

  • Another one of those titles that catches your eye )

  • Wow crazy eyes

  • awesome exercise

  • How do you build your abs outwards? In a way so your body has the more natural square type shaping/tone, unlike the people with triangle shaping and look like there confined to gyms/steriods all day long

  • Not sure, however i know genetics plays a huge roll with the structure of your abs... every1 is different

  • @MrSealclubber101

For toned abs= aerobic, toning exercises like the one in this vid, for big abs= just like you would train any other muscle for hypertrophy (6-12 reps, 2-5 sets, 60-90 seconds on and off, high weight, etc)

  • awesome stuff scott...that will definitely give u a good warm-up and burn a ton of calories at the same time.

  • DAMN

  • first!
