I booked Theo Parrish (then known as "Thee-O" and living in Kansas City) for a warehouse rave I threw in 95 in OK City!!!! HE KILLED IT!! When he debuted that track "these sounds swirling through my miiinddd" the heads RAN TO the dancefloor!!! We had 600 heads, zero security, and no bathrooms LOL! OLD SKOOL!! Carl does his carl thing very well. His last decade has been mostly about the dancefloor. This is a perfectly designed mix for the floor. Having said that, I like the original version much more and think it has the real lasting power. It is soulfully disjointed, funky and the more you listen, the more you are rewarded with nuances you may not have picked up on before. I vote for original track.

@sonrev just like every track that has been released by theo parrish, the original is -of course- a beast. but i seriously like the fluid and silky character of the remix that goes so well together with the jazzy tunes in the background. the original kind of lacks that character. i could accept the opinion of the original being better, but i can't understand your point of not agreeing with the positive responses. come on, that one is way too good to deny any positive opinions about it.
