Nope, just a concerned citizen. Yes that plume was huge -- but its not like the flame was spreading or anything.

In fact my house is just outside the 10km radius - and the university that I go to during that day is easily within that 10km radius and classes were not cancelled (sadly). Mind you other workplaces / schools are cancelled but that just the government overreacting to be honest. So thanks to that everyone just took it as a day off for beers.
