@TyEnrico i am sorry to hear that but if u follow the procedure as per video and keep practicing for a min or two, i m sure you will master the technique. Basically you have to be quick , hold the home button and press power key then let go off the the power button followed by releasing home button. other viewers have found my video very helpful. please let me know if it helped and thanks for watching.
