Guru was not even in the nominations.And this was the popular award, not critics award and Dhoom 2 was the biggest blockbuster in 2006 all thanks to Hrithik, so he deserves the award. I would not even want to imagine Abhishek in the role of Aryan - the movie would be a superflop as he does not have body language and can emote only through his face. Acting involves facial expressions and body language- Hrithik has shown both in films like Koi Mil Gaya and Dhoom 2.

SRK was never an actor, he has always been a star. The only films he tried to act in don't even make 10% of the total share of movies he did.
What you see in a SRK film normally is just a "SRK" personality, people remember that film through SRK.
Whereas if we take Aamir Khan on the other hand, that guy will do any role, and most of his movies are hits, ironically he doesn't really care about any sort of big banners, star power, or glamour in his movies.

Dhoom 2 is a rip off of Fast and Furious. He can do better. I feel there is something wrong with the Indian film Industry namely Bollywood. Guru was not even in the nominations.And this was the popular award, not critics award and Dhoom 2 was the biggest blockbuster in 2006 all thanks to Hrithik, so he deserves the award. I would not even want to imagine Abhishek in the role of Aryan - the movie would be a superflop as he does not have body language and can emote only through his face. Acting involves facial expressions and body language- Hrithik has shown both in films like Koi Mil Gaya and Dhoom 2.

How come Udit is not a superstar.Hrithik did achieve Dhoom 2 on his own without his father which became the biggest blockbuster last year.Even though it was a mutistarrer only Hrithik shined.
