I don't care what art you train in, Master Meza has a damn good point here. The point to any training is to train again and again until it becomes second nature. Make your mistakes in training instead of the fight itself. He's a good fight coach... I tip my hat!
Great Clip! There's a handful of great first generation masters still teaching in So Cal and Juan Meza is a SAN SOO MASTER. He studied with Jimmy from white belt until he received his Masters and up until Jimmy retired.
