Is it me or did flames seem to take down enemies faster than firebolt?
Or are the enemies just getting stronger?

@Endocrom Enemies are getting stronger. Bethesda said they got rid of Oblivion's level scaling, but they're dirty liars.

@ScionVyse454 i think the enemies get stronger as you complete story missions and get farther in the questlines, i cant be sure but itd explain alot with the mages guild line

@xp14y639 The enemies level with you. Dungeons and areas with enemies level them to what they think is a good challenge for the level you are.
