  • Imagine this killing zombies. Seriously it's the best companion for the apocalypse!

  • OMG I'm breathless.. Congrats... Please tell me that was fair chase....

  • nice shot

  • What cartridge would you recommend for taking out hippies?

  • fucking asshole

  • Veggie farms around the world from USA, EUROPE,Australia Africa used to have millions and billions of animals but since the land became veggie land the animals on that land are extinct. Thanx peta and vegetarians for killing billions of animals! When peta comes to NAMIBIA to take pics of wild animals they have to do this on conservationist properties and trophy farms. If they visit the veggie farms they will go back home with hardly any pics of animals.

Peta and vegans are mass murderers!

  • Nice shot and all but those bulls seem pretty tame.

  • and you're proud of it you piece of shit? you like weapons, how about you stick one on your ass and trigger a full round. beware when it's the whore season coz im onna dick slap he hell out of your sorry mother

  • @lealowo You mad bro?

  • FTW WTF

  • Very nice!!

  • does anybody know where this was shot? And what state do these animals usually get the biggest rack on them? i have mainly seen the real monsters pulled out of arizona.

  • Check out OX Ranch on Facebook if you want to hunt trophy elk and mule deer in Wyoming

  • hunting is fun.....you dont like it dont search for hunting videos..,...damn tree humper lmfao

  • take him down with a knife...then I'll be impressed

  • @xAGENTP6x thats inhumane and stupid

  • Well these rednecks were not offensive, did not say stupid things and possibly had an education and read books. A redneck know as REDNECKUS UNICUS.

  • what kind of dirt bags would kill an innocent animal as beautiful as that one? you"re both going to burn in hell

  • @joeynovella3 read what your bible has to say about animals.

  • @joeynovella3 welcome to the real world. Humans eat meat, always have and always will....or we'll continue dying from heart disease and cancer in record amounts as we poison ourselves with carbs and margarine thanks to last 80 yrs of people like you. But in all actuality, I'm glad you're a total pussy...all the girls I bang need a best friend :-) ....bahahaha

  • @garrrynec Hey buddy i must agree with you. you cant fix stupid, some people are just ignorant. They dont look at the real picture. WTF theY go to a steak house and order a ribeye, they forget how it got to there plate somehow. Shit like that... I mean ppeople are blind to the whole food industry and how it works. Call Congress ask them to close Winn Dixie and Perdue. dumb fucks LMFAO!!!

  • @joeynovella3 You will be beside me there too. All the morons like you who forget where you came from. People like you have totally upset the balance of nature with your stupidity. Guess you never saw an animal hit by a car and left in pain because someone couldn't finish it off? If you live in a house your as guilty of killing them as a hunter, at least we eat the meat.

  • @joeynovella3 why??? the ones that hsould be burning in hell are pig farmers... this animal had a way better life than a pig...

  • High standards, good calling, and places a great shot with open sights. A deserved trophy for sure. Well done.

  • why kill something so beautiful??

  • @Sondre3xS They taste real good. Elk meat is best meat.

  • @Sondre3xS why kill something ugly like a spider or a rat...

  • That is one nice bull. I swear, looks kind of like a moose that grew elk antlers.

  • Thats a gr8 shot! whit iron site man! :D

  • Thats a gr8 shot! whit iron site!

  • Take a look at my competition if you like.

  • that sucks. this video and hunting are two things really disgusting. you must be ashamed ..

  • nice shot.TIMBER!lmao

  • fucken ay!

  • I wish I could go hunting but sadly, I'm in a city, an island city. God dammit.

  • What a f*****g monster, I've never seen anything like it!

  • good shoot

  • a 45/70 would have tekan care of the elk

  • if it was me i woulda used my 7mm ultra mag knocked that fucker right down in his tracks lol

  • A clean kill at 200 yards with open sights, great shooting.

  • @Narbois are you kidding??? and no they are not easy to shoot. This only showed the shot. i hunted elk for two weeks and didn't get one last year

  • I love all these suggestions about size of the bullet, when it really comes down to shot placement. I've seen alot of elk taken with rifles smaller than a .308

  • @JuJitsu31 yeah shot placement is the key! i dropped an elk at 90 yards with a 22-250! :D

  • if you think hunting is murder you are a fool!

  • where were you hunting?

  • Why did you kill an animal like that?! look at the beauty, and all you want to do is to kill the elk because it`s fun, or hang it up on the wall?! crazy fu**ing idiots.

  • @awayness1

Would you rather it be ripped apart by a dozen wolves? You're not better than hunters. You put yourself on a pedestal, ignoring the fact that you too are an animal. Humans aren't on top of the food chain not just for being superior but it's because we're animals too, we fit the category of having the chance to be in said food chain.

  • @awayness1 Because the meat is good, the trophy is great and the experiense is exiting!

  • @awayness1 The meat is good, the trophy is great and the experience is exiting!

  • its so beautiful.. why would that make you MORE keen to take its life?

  • Wow, all of you people calling foul need to watch animal planet. A pride of lions will take down an elk, or deer and will be eating it before it's even dead! And you are having a fit about shooting an elk it being dead with in seconds of the shot? I bet none of that animal went to waste, you can't say the same for lions. Get over yourselves!!!

  • Wow! that was a big bull! Elk Steaks tonight!!!

  • colorado has some huge ass bucks haha ive seen one tht looked like an elk!! even has nice elk too but hard to get too

  • damn nice bull good shot make that monster

  • damn nice bull good shot

  • dude, i swear i respect these hunters cuz fuck, i would hav shot right when i saw it or ran through the field after it like a dumb ass

  • nice shot u nature killers psycho motherfuckers

  • @luisao519 Three hugger!

  • R.I.P :((.....now lets eat ^^

  • Sweet i thought my bull was big... look..

  • 45-70 is a slow velocity caliber but hits hard!

  • That was a verry nice hunt thank you very much the elk didnt suffer at all it was quick . Thats the way the hunt is sopost to be .

  • they must have eaten it. u cant kill something so beautiful for sport alone

  • Who cares what other people have shot .. Don't take the guys moment ...this is his video not Facebook... Nice shot

  • I prefer to look at the elk but not kill...

  • open sights at 200.. your a beast

  • Hunter doing his job, great shot!

  • you fucker, such a beautiful animal

  • To anti-hunters. Hunters care very deeply about wildlife and usually do the most to protect it. They honor and respect the animal by trying to use every part of it's body to ensure it's memory is honored. In some cases hunting helps reduce population so that the whole heard doesn't starve. Now, if you are ready not to be stupid anymore, grab a steak and join us at the table.

  • @Dethbot4 well said sir, well said!.

  • Dude nice shot, and shut up tree huggers. Animals eat other animals. We are animals. Get over it.

  • that is a damn good shot and an amazing elk great job

  • thats why the population of elk's are progressively getting smaller.

  • Nice elk, Tree huggers quit watching and commenting. Keep your stupid comments to yourself.

  • I am wondering if hunters always try and shoot the biggest elk, than only the smaller elk will reproduce and eventually we will all be hunting dog size elk.

I see it all around the world from the states to Sweden, every body is going for the fame that comes with shooting the biggest meanest bull elk or moose, while those animals should be left to reproduce.

  • Sorry new to the whole hunting thing just one qeustion do you guys eat the meat of what you kill cause if so good on ya. ?

  • damn that's huge...! nice shot!

  • Definitely indeed a nice Bull to be shot.

  • Dis you eat the animal after you kill him? I hope so, otherwise you are criminal!!!!

  • awful people you are for doing this to defensless animals. you call this a sport?! what a bunch of losers

  • @dancingcottontails.........Hippie

  • @dancingcottontails shutup you tree hugger PETA= People Eat Tasty Animals!

  • @dancingcottontails Guess you didn't notice the giant fucking antlers on top of its head.

  • @dancingcottontails ya its a sport its better than u hugging trees

  • @dancingcottontails and you prob eat meat lol get a life.

  • @dancingcottontails Seriously? get a life.

  • @dancingcottontails

defenseless? what the hell do you think the antlers are for. please stop talking about things you dont understand

  • @dancingcottontails atleast we arent gay ass rabbit malesters specifically cottontails!!!

  • @dancingcottontails atleast we arent gay rabbit malesters specifically cottontails!!!

  • @dancingcottontails Lady, I had to shoot a deer last year because of YOU.

You see, that animal would have lived on the land occupied by YOUR subdivision, but because you and your ilk pave over animal habitat, I am required to help control the animal populations to prevent starvation and disease at your behest.

So, be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.

  • @jmar1371 bahaha, well put

  • @dancingcottontails If you dont like it then why do you watch it? Good shooting by the way.

  • @dancingcottontails get a life

  • @dancingcottontails Suck my balls you communist. Hunting is a sport and one of the reasons you are alive today.

  • @Narbois treehugger

  • imagin his wife when he gets home with a giant elk in the back of the truck

  • @skullghost64 that would be funny to see

  • amagin his wife when he gets home with a giant ass elk in the back of the truck

  • amazing.. where was this ?

  • you could build a tree house in them antlers. nice kill

  • not cool

  • I thought my open sight shot at 70 yards was good! 200!? LOL Boy, you got some skills. :)

  • Beautiful take down! I shot a militant early in the morning when it was just at the break of light. Have no idea why the fellow would walk outside so early. It was his mistake for standing there and taking a long leak. distance little over 100 yards and the 223 was kind of luck because it hit the guy in the neck.

when we got to see the kill up front, it was an old guy cuzz he had white whiskers already. Felt so happy, I kicked his carcass and dumped it down a well shaft.

  • why did ypu kill it? you were hungry//

  • weeeee doggy.....nice bull buddy.

  • i got #4 WR

  • I agree he was probubly grain fed till he was that big but 200 yard OPEN SIGHTS is a increadable shot and a 243 would probubly kill a elk but you have to be within probubly 150 yards and hit it in just the right spot below the shoulder or broad side

  • sci =$ =yuppie douche bags that only want a head over their gas fireplace in their suburban home TRUTH

  • Great shot man.... my uncle took down what was once the #2 world record elk back in the early to mid '90s I doubt I'll find anything on it, but it was in cimarron county oklahoma. the head is now in the morton county museum.

  • nice shot

  • i didnt even know you can stll do that!

  • holy crap

  • new world record sci bow rosevelt elk 398.5 this year

  • That is alot of antler!!!

  • @Narbois better in my stomache where he makes me nice and happy haha

  • thats a big ass mutha fuka

  • OMG that was HUGE!!!!!!!

  • @TheGardtexs thats wat she said :P

  • awesome shot!!! Do you think a 243 rem can take down a elk??

  • @MsMuleDeer i taken one down with 22mag

  • @MsMuleDeer

    yes it can

  • @MsMuleDeer yes i could but its a pretty light bullet but it can do it.

  • @MsMuleDeer no

  • @MsMuleDeer Honestly a 243. Probably wouldn't do much damage to an Elk like it would be able to kill but i would prefer to use a different form of Caliber on an elk.Perhaps a 308. or something along the lines of that.

  • @Skeletonhands12. 30-06 would been a good choise

  • @bomanio1 nah 7mm

  • @bomanio1 i love that round!

  • @Skeletonhands12 jeez you dont need to destroy the damn thing, hit it in the right spot with a 243 and it'll drop. i use a 243, downed a few bull moose with it. its all in the shot placement

  • @MsMuleDeer Yeah I use it for elk.... and the sheer distances elk hunters have to shoot its perfect and Winchester named it "Elk gun of the year"

  • great bull, what cal?, and do u think a 243 rem. can take down a elk??

  • @MsMuleDeer no and almost all guides would want you to shoot a 30 caliber or better

  • nice looks like the bull somebody just got in oregon that just broke the record. It was like a 450. how big was this one.

  • Why is there a tree groing out of that Elks Head?

  • God DAMN man, very nice bull! I hope you have a wall big enough for those horns!

  • this sucks!

  • unreal.. nice bull

  • Awesome job, nice work and great eats for the dinner table. Elk meat is so much better than chemically processed feed beef, and some folks wonder why they and kids are getting fat,,,,,,,,,remember we are what we eat, and wild game is so much healthier than store bought crap. Thanks for sharing.

  • just leave the damn animals alone for fricks sake.

  • @puio7 just the damn hunting videos alone for fricks sake.

  • @puio7 lol fricks sake? haha shut up they did leave it alone after they ate it (hopefully) but i do believe that was on a hight fence in canada with some red deer mixed in. thats why its SCI not B&C. and was probly grain fed till he got that big. but either way 200 yards open sight is a good shot. i hunt with peep sight muzzy so i know how hard it is with open sight.

  • I'd love to take down that bull with a bow, up close and personal.

  • That was Awesome

  • now how the fuck do u expect to drag that out of the woods?

  • dannnggg nice shot

  • wow what a shot. and yea thats an extremely awesomr bull

  • Wow is that a great bull or what, the royals are forked !

  • ho ly shiiiiiit. that thing was HUGE!!!!

  • Holy Gazebos!

  • Amazing bull man! Great job

  • wow! that is one hell of an elk! great shot!

  • i would of shot any bull that size

  • Sask, I saw the license plate, where in sask?? Hudson Bay area?

  • murderer

  • @Raskir1912 hippy

  • @Raskir1912 Raskir this is simple life knowledge. Animals eat animals. We are animals. Get over it and grab a steak with the rest of us.

  • Taken in northern Saskatchewan judging by the Sask license plate. For all you American's that's the middle prairie province and must have been taken at least 6 hours north of the American border, if not more.

  • now thats a bull

  • epic

  • you can be sure that almost all ammunition has some chemicals and/or residue on the casing from loading that is highly toxic. good practice is to wash your hands thoroughly after shooting/handling ammunition. putting it in your mouth is NOT recommended =P

  • Private land?

  • wow!! you deserve a kudos bar dipped in your favorite thing or a good elk shiscabob! :) ou are amazing good hunt

  • Shez thats big, nice man. Did u have room to mount that thing :P

  • 2:13

the elk was thinking " what the hell was..."(thud)

  • good shot for shooting that far away with no scope. nice bull. my dad got one in cananda the was 411.

  • what state did you take this in???

  • the shooter seems very confident with this legendary rifle. I see guys with scope take longer to shoot.

  • try new mexico elk hunting buddy. awesome hunts and great stalking.

  • G'Day Potus52

Excuse my ignorance....is that rifle only a single shot ?

I noticed you didn't try and reload, how did you know it was going to just drop like that ?

Nice shootin all the same mate, just shows you....patience is always rewarded.

    Cheers Stu.

  • Fken americans killing such a wonderful piece of nature..

  • @OhicantFLY Right, because it's only us Americans that hunt. You're so right. Next time you speak try not to sound so ignorant.

  • @OhicantFLY It's in Canada. Blame the right people buddy.

  • whoever said 45-70 out past 100 is seriously mistaken. You need to learn how to load ammo and you will soon learn how to shoot also. Sorry, don't want to be rude but you were so oh well. Keep quiet and let people think you are a fool, don't open up and proove it:)

  • @s8ntdeer Right on! Original U.S. Ordnance Dept tests in 1873 showed that the 405 grain bullet / 70 grain FFg black powder loading would punch through 12 inches of pine....at 400 YARDS! The 45-70 has more actual strikng power at 400+ yards than many modern 30 caliber rifle cartridges, and that's using black powder loadings!

  • nice a royal crown bull elk
