The beginning reminds me of a scene from the Motion Picture, when Naga is excitedly reading from a book to a sleeping Lina in a room with only hay and a candle on a boat.

"Why, Lina? Why did you blow me up again?" "Ha ha! I guess I forgot to focus!"

I love how the song sequence really shows the two girls' strong confidence. Also how after they fly into the sun, the following transition shows a campfire.

The way Lina enjoys her food makes *me* hungry...

@NarutoShippudenFC You should watch Slayers Excellent, in which Lina meets Naga for the first time. These OVAs are prequels to the original Slayers series. They show Lina's adventures as a younger sorceress.

@NarutoShippudenFC Slayers were based on Hajime Kanzaka's novels. Main series were based on novels 1-8(more or less). Naga doesn't appear there.

Wow, the voices in this OVA kinda suck (my opinion) But that's probably just because I'm used to the real voices from the anime. All I can here is Lisa Ortiz's "Gourry!!!!" everytime that girl speaks. And probably cuz that's Sora from Kaleidostar -.-
