The spot in this video is not moving in that manner. I can't tell you what it is but I don't think it's a spot light. OHHH Ok I seen the glare I mean ufo. Look I would love for it to be a real ufo, but as I paused the video to see the "ufo" better there was a car under her arm that had VERY BRIGHT headlights. Since the ufo moves at the same speed as the car with bright lights on, in the opposite direction, these are things that happen when a camera is in a weather proof case. The light glares off the clear cover over the lens, because of the space between the lens and cover.

it could be the transco tower light beam. Its a HUGE powered light beam thats on top of a tower in houston, it goes around like a light house and can be seem from all over houston.

Its 6:30AM, the traffic is traveling Towards downtown which is in the background, the camera is on the edge, far west of houston, hence it is looking to the East, towards houston. Transco is in SW houston in the galleria area. The "UFO" appears to be exactly where the towers beam would shine thru.

Okay, This is what it is. One of the oncoming cars has it's bright lights on. As it nears and just before it passes the lens of the news camera catches a glare from the headlights and projects a false image of light that seems to move off. Watch again and pay close attention to the car and the center hrizon as it nears. it's very faint.
