He's referring to the Level Two Multiverse, which encompasses an infinite set of universes (each infinite in domain, but with possibly different physics). There are always new universes being added to the Level 2 multiverse, though there are a finite number of unique universes. There are an infinite number of "copies" of any unique universe in the level 2 multiverse.

I was listening to this Podcast Book called Singularity about black holes, multiverse and time like curves and it was the first time I had heard the Physics explanation about the idea of a multiverse, this actually explains it better than what the book did - thanks for this.

That is, the level 2 multiverse contains universes of any arbitrary age. From just "created" to approaching an age limit at infinitely old.

flatland is based on euclidian geometry. it is...out of date so to speak. read flatlander :-) its a sequal with quantumn physics and such.
