Although the creature in the first picture is indeed strange looking it is highly unlikely that it's a chupacabra.

Its a hairless rat, or a white rat that has mange or, the fur has fallen off do to the water (rain). Theres somany stories about what the Chupacabra looks like its not even funny, reason being that if it is real, few have seen the real thing, others have just made up stories to get in the medias eye. More that likely the real thing is just a simple predator that targets rabbit sized animals thats harmless to anything smaller then a 12lb house cat.

That looks
