For those who do not understand german this is roughly what is happening: He listens to a piece of Griegg once and then replays it, the commentary says he has heard it never before, just this one time and replays it perfectly. Well, if everyone is saying what they think, here's my theory. Idiot savants, or autistic geniuses are learning disabled and have a low IQ in most cases. There's nothing wrong with asking him to do a few tests. He doesn't seem to mind, he's not in a cage. If he flipped out and acted uncooperative I'm sure they wouldn't have forced him. Music is what he loves, I don't think he cares where he plays it, even if it's a lab.
