  • I made these for breakfast this morning & OMG! They were delicious!! First Protein pancakes that were easy to flip & really good! My 17 month old loved them! :D Thank so much for this Video. Please make more cooking videos!

  • Okay seriously...YOUR AWESOME! lol i have learned sooo much from just watching two of your videos...My wedding is in 30 days and i have been going to the gym like a mad woman but cant seem to shed the weight...im 5'5 and weigh about 160...im not fat but would love to shed some weight and be lean..more so because im diabetic and realized that by working out and watching what i eat that its maintaing my sugar levels...but i just got soo many ideas for some snacks ...THANK YOU...

  • @TrainEatySleepy I use it in my hair too! Coconut oil is the only oil I cook with because it is the ONLY oil that can withstand high temps without compromising the antioxidant content and doesn't oxidize from high heat. Other oils actually change chemical structure aka cross linking, fragmentation and polymerization). Basically all other oils are denatured during the cooking process. Coconut oil is not.

    Instead of stevia, you could use Truvia found @any grocery store :)

  • @leansecrets Wow, thanks for the detailed answer, ma'am. I'll replace my extra light olive oil with coconut oil. Hopefully it is quite mild in flavor.

    I asked about substituting Stevia, because I've seen articles suggesting potential health risks from consuming it, but you use it, and I think I trust you, maybe.

  • You know what I like about you and your videos Ms Brenda? You promote how to live a healthy, positive life and thats good. But what I have notice in most of your video's is that you like to be in the kitchen and thats what I really like the most watchin you.

  • i am so going to try your pancakes! do they have a big coconut taste to it? and in your videos you keep mentioning whole food stores and trator joes, well where i live we don't have that, what should i do? and i love what your doing at the end of your videos they're like comentary on your videos or bloopers lol, they're great!

  • @razzledazzledarling1 Hey "Darling"! Thanks so much for the feedback, and continued support!! Surprisingly enough, the coconut flavor is super mild...They're still very good though. Use whatever fruit you want. You can turn these into "banana pancakes" or "cinnamon apple" or even "veggie" by adding in a few fresh ingredients. And you can get literally ANY non-perishable ingredient I use in my videos on Amazon. In fact, Amazon is always the cheapest option!
