Elisabeth wasn't blond... All the illustrations had her with dark brown hair like her sister. Sorry it's a pet peeve of mine when people don't get colors properly. Especially when it's blatantly obvious xD I mean I grew up with this :P
I know what you mean! I read the pre-mattel books and her hair is brown. they even mention her hair color a few times too! I looked at a new book and they like smudged her hair bright yellow. Its kinda strange...Oh well, i still wonder why they did that...
