I'm so happy to see the orphanage workers being so lovely to your daughter. My experience of working in an orphanage was very sad as they were horrible to the girls. Can I ask... has it been easy for your daughter to settle in a Western country? Would you recommend aoption from India? With all my heart, I want to adopt from Tamil Nadu (I spent 3 months there last year and the orphan girls stole my heart) but I want to make the right decision for them.
how cool, I was adopted from India (when I was only 18mo.)...I too have a small home video, done by my massi (or caretaker) from the orphanage in calcutta!...take care:)
