Johnny was one few celebreties who sung/talked about the Indian situation. Americans don't know about the atrocious boarding school situation of the early 1900'sand also '50's city relocation that nearly destoyed Indian culture. It hurt, but Indian people are holding on, no not just holding on, they've got it back.

Tecumseh who was planning to form a federation of several tribes to fight off the whites. He really died an old man in Oklahoma, with same vision that never came to past. As a little boy I seen Tecumseh's grave in Oklahoma. history books say different.
