Hmm this battle seemed way too slow D: It also seems hard to perform moves unlike any of the games in the tales series (greatest series ever)... whatever, Im still going to get it hahaha, story should be great, apparently
@trinidadnic That's because the guy is not playing well at all. He should at minimum use the monado enchant ability so that his other party members can actually hurt the enemy. He also misses every (b) event, which hurts the morale of his party members and makes them miss more. Finally, he is not using backslash from behind the enemy, which really hurts the damage of it.
many people are upset because they wont make this game for americans. (its only for japanese and european markets). but i'm actually glad it's not comming to america. the menue system looks like a mess. wayyy too many words and numbers on the screen, which to me, is just another game from japan with an over complicated battle system. so since they wont release this one in america, they can release someting better for americans imo.
@915nabi At first I was stunned by the idea that even after 80 hours of gameplay you've only taken on the main story and haven't touched the rest of the open ended sandbox, but after seeing this I'm saying...not worth it. Is this early game combat? Because the character's barely seem to actually fight. they stand there and swing their sword loosely in one direction every once in a while. I hate to use it, but give me Kingdom Hearts' combat with this open ended sandbox world.
@AramanthOfMari Realtime turn-based 3-d combat seems perfect to me, it's alot like FF12. I don't really see what the problem is here, if you want an action rpg go play Diablo or something, this style isn't done as often and for me is much preffered. Can't believe you would criticize such a beautifully well done combat system, this is good ole school rpg battle system, updated.
This looks like an RPG in which you really have to watch what your doing. I'm totally psyched about this game.

PLZ let players chose between different weapon types, this would be 10/10 if we can change between a gun one mission then another on the next :)
