@Battleguy1337 This movie was released just as gov't ratings boards were being dismantled. Back then movies were either approved or disapproved by the local gov't, so your local town officials would decide whether or not it was appropriate. Movie makers had to keep this in mind, so movies like Saw would never see the light of day. At least, that's how I understand it. So, I don't think it was given one at the time. The DVD/VHS/etc release probably have been given one though.
