Sometimes interacting with someone on this subject helps more than reading a book... we all experience things differently. I don't like getting caught up in a marketing scheme either.. but, alot of her stuff is on youtube now.. check it out.. and if it works for you..fine.. learn more about it.. otherwise.. do something else.

I went to a workshop in July this year in London, and i had some major questions about this lady and didn't know how genuine she was (which is why I went) .

I'm glad I made the effort because she did answer all my questions , in relation to her opinions on child abuse , her own cosmetic surgery , and chronic illness.

She was excellent.

She's probably done more work for free than most, genuinely cares and contributes to our society and lives. @blackflower75 I love Byron Katie and promote her work but to you comment the work is free.. It is not. Any meeting to attend a personal Byron Katie workshop is costly. It use to be free over ten years ago. However, I completely disagree with stiagra comment that it should be free. Thats like saying to teacher and artist that love what they do they should just give all services away. That is devaluing yourself . I guess the only people that should get payed is if you hate what you do?

@kterbo True...but it's virtually free anyway...all of these videos on line, plus the hotline, plus all of the worksheets are free. It's pretty close to free.
