@JohnnyDeSimone93 if you still need hep you need to right click on the taskbar and then go to properties and then change the taskbar location (the one that says "taskbar location on screen")
lol... the 3d flip thing doesnt hav a point... y would u want 2 see a smaller version of what u hav open when u could just use the taskbar.. unnecessry but windows 7 is stil way bettr than vista and xp
I would say so. Windows 7 has a smaller memory usage and improved WDDM 1.1 for even better Aero performance.
Nevermind the fact they gave Aero a lot of useful features, such as a much better thumbnail system which provides window peeking, desktop peeking, the shake and snap features, and overall much better looking (for instance, the taskbar now matches your glass color now!).
Also, Libraries can be pretty useful if you keep pics and stuff in multiple locations outside the user profile.
is it hard to tranfer files when upgrading windows xp to 7 i want to upgrade my desktop computer to it my laptop has vista and im gonna keep it on vista since its a couple months old
the vista upgrade would be easier and make more sense.
however, XP cannot directly upgrade to 7. However, you can get a USB thumb drive from your local walmart or best buy or even an external HDD and migrate your files temporarily to those locations to do a proper, FRESH, install of windows 7 :)
You can also back up your data by burning it off onto CD-Rs or even DVD-R/DVD+Rs, if you happen to have blanks handy.
The reason I said the Vista machine upgrade made more sense, is because with the old, XP one, you run the risk of a hardware component not being compatible due to the manufacturer not releasing an updated driver for 7. However, VISTA drivers will work in Windows 7, so your Vista machine shouldn't have any trouble in an upgrade at all.

Purple! My main theme in Windows 7 is purple, too, with wallpapers I made myself. I intend on making a video to show it, as well. :)
