That's not necessarily true. You might die older than many people, as long as you're diagnosed and in treatment. I have long QT too, nobody in my family died of it... We have a risk of sudden death, that's true, but that risk can be reduced a lot with pills and ICDs...
@AnaEcheve I and about 14 other family members have it but SADS believe we have 2 genetic mutations. My younger brother was the second youngest in the world and youngest in the country to have a defib put in. I rlly like to be able to contact you with more info! :) thanks

I was also diagnosed with Long QT at birth. It runs through my family and quite a bit of people have it.
I am considering a pacemaker.
