Thanks for the video. My last six months in Christchurch I was sent to work in my company's CBD branch and after years of avoiding the central city, I fell in love with it. Now my work is an empty block, as is most of Colombo Street that I walked everyday.
Very sad to see what the earthquakes have done to Christchurch. I hope everyone who has survived the earthquakes has received the support they need from friends and neighbors. I feel so fortunate that I have never had to see something like this happen to my hometown (or any town in America).
Thanks so much for this. Haven't been back to NZ for over 2 years and it takes footage like this to help me 'adjust' to what I'm going to see when I come back. It also helps me realise what champions the everyday people of Canterbury are for going through all this.......every day.

Couldn't watch the whole video. Way too hard to see my city in ruins. My children will never see Christchurch the way that I did.

Thank you for doing this mate :) Can't see why we can't go in on foot, almost nothing left to fall on us.

Thanks for that, this is what CERA and the council should be doing so we have a picture of what is happening.
