Seems like an incredibly smooth touchdown though. None of the usual bump and grind on landing. Maybe runway was a bit slick and that eliminated the usual grab and shudder on touchdown?

I'm and born and bred Chicagoan and I still panic when we land in snow.

I believe the flaps aren't working properly. You can hear the pilots trying to retract them but it didn't work.

@BoeingMen I think they only retracted them partially for de-icing/anti-icing purposes...not sure though

@SWAairlinePilot Yeah I was surprised too. Lucky for us this flight was on the night before the storm hit so we caught one of the last flights in. The storm was quite a turnaround from Orlando where we departed from lol.
