Mesa Water Group landowners said today that as part of their plan to produce and sell "stranded, surplus" water from the Ogallala Aquifer in the northern Panhandle, they have evaluated building a pipeline through a West Texas corridor all the way to San Antonio. He stated on C-Span last week that he owns all the water in the aquifer. They won't green the desert they are going to cover them with windmills and solar panels.

And the water for this big irrigation project is going to come from where?? Privately owned land in the US like Oklahahoma & Texas? This will cause the cost of water to go up to $4.00/gallon I think.

I agree you should read the proposals. some of them are on the schiller institute website. The project would create a huge surplus of potable water (most of which is running into the ocean without these types of projects). It also calls for a huge investment in water desalination.

Correct the problem is wanting to control the order of the outcome in every arising situation. Depopulation is about eliminating any rise in power or technology that might give people far more freedom from control by the those wishing to keep there hold on it.
