The xbox 360 has not been exploited to natively run unsigned code. Messing with the hardware fries the system in some cases. You can play backup games, and a few other things, thats about it. There is no "Hello World" on the Xbox 360 to date. It will get compromised, but at the end of its life cycle (2010)

Sorry that I did not make it clear enough, I had a lack of time to do a post revealing of how it was done. Pokemon was recorded via the built in video capture function of the pc gba emulator. It was burned to a dvd (video).

I inserted the video dvd into the television, had it boot to the xbox 360 logo. In correlation I filmed the xbox original white screen at another time.

I then superimposed it after the 360 logo using 4 point garbage matte of premiere pro 1.5, then it loaded to the pokemon dvd video. To get the xbox game guide to show up (the one that states xbox original game insterted), I filmed that section beforehand, and superimposed it on the pokemon video that was playing. Then it was business as usual. Took around 15 minutes just to think about how everything would need to be done...

I dont have a cable box, but the stand has a suspended middle black shelf (the one that the xbox 360) is sitting on. So I would put the cable box on the floor level of the stand. There is a large hole at the top of the back end of the stand. I run cables from my 360 to the tv through there. You probably dont have the exact same stand, but I can take a pic if you want

Thats not a channel switch. It switched from 1080i mode to 480p mode. Original Xbox games on the 360 and DVD movies play at 480P on hdtv sets, hence the signal message.
